By accessing Whatznot Technology websites, cognitive intake tools, and consulting services, you agree to these terms governing intellectual property protection, engineering scopes, and platform usage.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
All custom deliverables, production codebases, and architectural designs built for clients upon full settlement of contracted deliverables become the exclusive intellectual property of the client, backed by formal assignment documentation.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Preliminary inquiries and architectural feasibility requests submitted through the digital intake engine are targeted for technical review within 2 business hours.
